Island Hopping Trip 13-17 Mar 09 Day 4

It is Day 4 of the trip. We had decided to move in into new hotel – Jan & Kan Sea Hotel with additional 100baht compare to first night hotel in Phuket – Chong Ko Hotel as this hotel more like a hotel and lobby served us with free internet.

Early in the morning, around 7am we already woke up as we need to check out by 8 and move in new Hotel. Due to we need to meet the time to depart to James Bond daytrip destinations, we had a quick breakfast – cup noodles. Eventhough it is just a cup noodles, but we still love it.

Our James Bond Island daytrip include: Cost: 1100baht
Rawa Island --> Cave exploring --> James Bond Island --> Viking Cave (adventurous le!)

Before come to the first destination, we need to sit on minibus to the Phang Nga Bay, as you can see from the map below, it is out of Phuket Island already, it is located at Thai mainland. Here is the view @ the Phang Nga bay.

Ok, we are on the cruise now. Lot of foreigner tourists are with us, and lots of the cruise crews as well and they are good in entertaining us!




























The crews are funny and tried all sort things to cheer you up, served you drinks, making humorous jokes. And the most happiest gal in this trip falls to Miao Miao as she received lots of gifts from the handsome crews…And there is a love sparks here…here, you can see.

Our first Stop – Rawa Island
We sit on kayak to reach the Island. It is not quite happening bay compare to Phuket Bay but it is a nice place for you to relax and swimming. :-)
























































Our Second Stop – Cave exploring
The crews brought us with kayak to explore the dark cave. It is real dark in there and our crew – Monkey, had showed us with unique stone shape inside the cave like elephant baby, a human face and etc. Monkey also showed us the crystal shine stone on the cave ceiling, guess that’s the extra bonus that I have due to Miao Miao, kam sia ha ah Miao!















































After the second stop, we served with this delicious food for our lunch. ;-) Fish is good, soup is good, squid is good, ok we never complaint the Thai food so far except for Day 2 lunch – the dry fried rice with no drink serve some more. :-(


















Our Third Stop – James Bond Island
James Bond Island, found fame through the 1974 Bond film "The Man with the Golden Gun".

Our Forth Stop – Viking Cave
Wow, this is the most adventurous cave exploring that I ever had. We were asked whether to kayak ourselves or by crew, due to Miao Miao & me do not know how to kayak, we get the crew to serve us. Some of the gang kayak themselves and have fun on it even though some were stuck with stone during kayaking, heh heh.

But me and Miao Miao had more adventurous cave exploring as the crew brought us through many tiny small cave where we need to bend down our body to pass through. And we were surprised when our big guys can pass through those tiny small cave by kayaking themselves, bravo, guys! You got to see the below photos as you really can’t imagine it only with my wordings.






























































































































Alright! All of us survived and none stuck in the cave, this is the victory photo of us!














After the cave exploring, we even have coconut drinks to quench our thirsty. But the weather change so extremely fast, the black cloud covered up the blue sky, and we know that there will be rain at any of the time from now.














** OK, when reach the jetty, we again ran in the rain. In this trip I learned, an umbrella is a must thing to bring on the trip. **
